Systems Engineer II
<p>We are looking for a skilled Systems Engineer II to join our team in Germantown, Wisconsin. In this role, you will contribute to the development, maintenance, and optimization of IT systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and securely. This position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a dynamic team to support organizational objectives. This role requires candidates to be onsite (hybrid) - local candidates are preferred. Also, no third-party candidates will be considered. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Configure and maintain Active Directory environments to ensure optimal performance and security.</p><p>• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server systems to support business operations.</p><p>• Manage Azure Active Directory to facilitate seamless integration with cloud-based services.</p><p>• Oversee Citrix technologies to provide efficient virtual desktop and application solutions.</p><p>• Perform updates and maintenance tasks on Microsoft Exchange to ensure reliable email communication.</p><p>• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and scalability.</p><p>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT solutions.</p><p>• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.</p><p>• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.</p><p>• Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to current systems.</p>
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Systems Engineer role or similar position.<br>• Strong knowledge of Active Directory configuration and management.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server administration.<br>• Experience working with Azure Active Directory.<br>• Familiarity with Citrix technologies and their implementation.<br>• Solid understanding of Microsoft Exchange administration.<br>• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.<br>• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
