• Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales or a similar role.<br>• Proven ability to maximize sales and meet or exceed performance targets.<br>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.<br>• Familiarity with retail buying and an understanding of market dynamics.<br>• Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.<br>• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a focus on driving results.<br>• Proficiency in using sales tools and software to manage accounts and track progress.<br>• Knowledge of industry trends and customer preferences to inform sales approaches.
