HR Coordinator
We are looking for a meticulous and organized HR Coordinator to support our team in Gardena, California. This long-term contract position requires someone with exceptional attention to detail, strong math skills, and proficiency in Excel to manage various HR administrative tasks. You will play an essential role in maintaining employee records, processing benefits, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Input and manage new employee documentation, including safety training and sexual harassment training records in the system.<br>• Update employee data, such as addresses, tax forms, and withholding adjustments, while ensuring accuracy.<br>• Maintain organized employee files and handle sensitive documentation with confidentiality.<br>• Process monthly healthcare benefit payments and other employee-related financial tasks.<br>• Prepare detailed census spreadsheets to report employee fees and ensure compliance.<br>• Track and manage benefit-related payments, maintaining accurate records for reporting purposes.<br>• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding processes and adherence to company policies.<br>• Support compliance efforts by ensuring all HR practices align with regulations.<br>• Utilize Excel to create and manage spreadsheets, employing advanced functions such as formulas and pivot tables.<br>• Assist with HRIS system updates to maintain accurate employee data.
• Proven experience in HR administration, onboarding, or clerical roles.<br>• Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables and formulas.<br>• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.<br>• Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR compliance procedures.<br>• Ability to handle sensitive employee data with confidentiality and professionalism.<br>• Knowledge of onboarding processes and employee background checks.<br>• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.<br>• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HR or administrative roles.
