<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing/distribution industry, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.</li><li>Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software; Dynamics GP, Netsuite, SAP4 HANA/SAP Business One ORACLE CLOUD experience is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).</li><li>Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>A self-starter with strategic thinking abilities and the capacity to function in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul><p><br></p>
