The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in tools like QuickBooks and Excel. Responsibilities:• Manage assigned client accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting.• Process biweekly payroll efficiently and in compliance with organizational standards.• Perform month-end close activities, including reconciliations and adjustments.• Utilize QuickBooks for accounting tasks.• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and provide solutions to accounting-related challenges.• Apply advanced Excel functions, such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, to analyze and manage data.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting-related role.• Proficiency in QuickBooks.• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and month-end close procedures.• Familiarity with advanced Excel functionalities, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
