Sr. Recruiter
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Fridley, Minnesota. In this role, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on sourcing and hiring top talent for corporate and engineering positions. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in recruiting and a passion for connecting exceptional candidates with exciting career opportunities.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates with relevant experience.<br>• Develop and implement effective strategies to attract top talent for corporate and engineering roles.<br>• Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records.<br>• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create tailored recruitment plans.<br>• Conduct thorough screenings and evaluations of applicants to ensure alignment with job requirements.<br>• Build and nurture relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.<br>• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.<br>• Partner with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.<br>• Monitor recruitment metrics and performance to optimize hiring outcomes.<br>• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment regulations and company policies.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and hiring.<br>• Proven expertise in corporate and engineering recruitment.<br>• Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment workflows.<br>• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders.<br>• Ability to create and execute effective recruitment strategies.<br>• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.<br>• Experience analyzing recruitment metrics to drive improvements.<br>• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
