Payroll & HR Administrator
<p>We are looking for a dedicated Payroll & HR Administrator to join our client's team in Fremont, Ohio. In this role, you will oversee payroll functions while supporting various human resources responsibilities, ensuring efficient operations and excellent service to employees. This position offers an opportunity to work on-site with a strong benefits package and a collaborative work environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Process payroll for employees efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations.</p><p>• Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and addressing employee inquiries.</p><p>• Serve as a point of contact for payroll and benefits-related questions, providing excellent customer service.</p><p>• Manage employee records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.</p><p>• Support HR operations by assisting with onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining compliance with labor laws.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to implement system transitions and enhancements.</p><p>• Generate reports related to payroll and HR metrics, providing insights to management.</p><p>• Ensure adherence to confidentiality standards and secure handling of sensitive employee information.</p><p>• Continuously review and improve payroll and HR processes to enhance efficiency.</p><p>• Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and benefits policies, ensuring the organization remains compliant.</p>
<p>• Minimum of 1 year of experience in payroll and HR administration.</p><p>• Familiarity with payroll systems and human resources software.</p><p>• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling payroll and employee records.</p><p>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to address employee inquiries effectively.</p><p>• Ability to work independently and take initiative in resolving challenges.</p><p>• Knowledge of labor laws and government regulations related to payroll and benefits.</p><p>• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.</p><p>• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver high-quality service.</p>
