Supply Chain Planner
<p>We are looking for a dedicated Supply Chain Planner to join our team in Fountain Inn, South Carolina. This role is vital in ensuring efficient supply chain operations by balancing demand, inventory, and supply to achieve optimal product availability and cost management. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments to streamline processes and drive improvements across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and planning.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain demand and supply plans using forecasting tools and ERP/MRP systems.</li><li>Translate demand forecasts into production and procurement requirements.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels to balance customer demand with cost efficiency.</li><li>Release and coordinate production schedules, ensuring timely supply of raw materials and components.</li><li>Partner with suppliers to address shortages, delays, or quality issues.</li><li>Provide reporting, visibility, and recommendations to internal stakeholders through the S& OP process.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and leveraging data analytics to enhance decision-making.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.</li><li>2–5 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or production planning.</li><li>Strong background in ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel skills.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.</li><li>Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred.</li></ul>
