Responsibilities: • Prepare and submit accurate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, monthly, quarterly, and annual summaries. • Manage accounts payable and billing operations, ensuring timely and precise processing. • Reconcile accounts to maintain accurate financial records and identify discrepancies. • Handle fuel tax-related calculations and submissions in compliance with regulations. • Utilize debits and credits effectively to maintain proper account balances. • Generate detailed reports for management and stakeholders to support decision-making. • Perform month-end closing procedures to ensure financial statements are finalized promptly. • Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting functions and optimize workflows. • Operate and adapt to new computer systems to improve efficiency and accuracy in accounting processes.

• Proven experience in accounts payable, billing, and account reconciliation. • Strong ability to create detailed and accurate financial reports. • Solid knowledge of general accounting principles, including debits and credits. • Experience in handling fuel tax calculations and submissions. • Proficiency in month-end reporting and closing procedures. • Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to adapt to new systems. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Commitment to continuous learning and long-term career development.
