<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as an Accounting Specialist, Accountant, or similar role in the construction or related industry.</li><li>Proficiency in Sage Timberline (Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate) is <strong>required</strong>.</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including job costing.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.</li><li>Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and vendors.</li><li>Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p>
