<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> Proven experience in collections, preferably in a high-volume environment.</li><li><strong>ERP Expertise:</strong> Strong familiarity with large ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) is required.</li><li><strong>Communication Skills:</strong> Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle challenging conversations professionally.</li><li><strong>Organizational Abilities:</strong> Exceptional time-management and organizational skills to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines effectively.</li><li><strong>Tech Proficiency:</strong> Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for reporting purposes.</li><li><strong>Education:</strong> An associate degree in accounting, business, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent work experience will also be considered.</li></ul><p><br></p>
