<p>We are hiring a Systems Administrator to maintain and optimize core IT systems across server, cloud, and virtualization environments. This position plays a key role in ensuring high uptime, performance, and security of critical systems.</p><p> <strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy</li><li>Manage virtualization infrastructure (VMware or Hyper-V)</li><li>Maintain cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or hybrid environments)</li><li>Implement system backups, disaster recovery, and patch management</li><li>Automate workflows with PowerShell or Bash scripting</li><li>Monitor system performance, storage utilization, and security alerts</li></ul><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>3–5 years of systems administration experience</li><li>Strong background with Windows Server 2016+ and virtualization platforms</li><li>Familiarity with Exchange, Azure AD, and Intune</li><li>Understanding of network and firewall fundamentals</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and multitasking abilities</li></ul>
