We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Fort Collins, Colorado. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and improving financial processes, ensuring accuracy, and supporting key accounting operations. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage month-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting. • Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded. • Prepare and post journal entries while ensuring compliance with accounting standards. • Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently. • Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate cash balances. • Manage cash applications, ensuring timely and accurate allocation of payments. • Utilize NetSuite to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting capabilities. • Apply cost accounting principles to analyze and control financial data.

• A minimum of 7 years of accounting experience with a focus on detail and precision. • Proficiency in month-end close processes and general ledger management. • Strong knowledge of journal entries and account reconciliation. • Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations and cash applications. • Expertise in working with NetSuite or similar ERP systems. • Background in cost accounting with the ability to analyze financial data. • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
