Human Resources Manager
<p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Human Resources Manager</strong> to provide interim leadership and support during a 6-month leave of absence. This role will oversee HR operations, ensure compliance with employment laws, and maintain a positive employee experience while driving key HR initiatives.</p>
<ul><li><strong>Employee Relations & Support</strong></li><li>Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers.</li><li>Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues promptly and professionally.</li><li><strong>HR Operations</strong></li><li>Manage day-to-day HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.</li><li><strong>Performance & Talent Management</strong></li><li>Support managers with performance reviews and goal-setting processes.</li><li>Assist with recruitment efforts for open positions as needed.</li><li><strong>Compliance & Policy</strong></li><li>Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws.</li><li>Update and communicate HR policies and procedures as necessary.</li><li><strong>Culture & Engagement</strong></li><li>Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.</li><li>Coordinate employee engagement activities and recognition programs.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li><strong>5+ years of HR experience</strong>, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.</li><li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.</li></ul><p><br></p>
