Responsibilities:• Oversee accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.• Apply payments accurately to customer accounts and ensure proper documentation of cash activity.• Manage commercial collections by communicating with clients to resolve outstanding balances.• Handle billing functions, ensuring invoices are generated and distributed in a timely manner.• Monitor and report on accounts receivable aging, providing updates to management.• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to payments or billing issues.• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounts receivable operations and improve efficiency.• Maintain accurate financial records and comply with company policies and procedures.• Assist in preparing reports and summaries for audits or management reviews.• Provide exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries related to accounts receivable.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related financial role. • Proficiency in cash applications and managing payment processes. • Strong knowledge of commercial collections and client account management. • Experience with billing functions and ensuring accurate invoicing. • Ability to analyze and report cash activity effectively. • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills. • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. • Familiarity with financial software and tools is preferred.
