<p>IMMEDIATE short term project! Starts Thursday 9/25 - 1 week long </p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Fitchburg, Wisconsin. This short-term project involves hands-on inventory tasks and requires physical agility to support the movement of equipment. Ideal candidates will have strong technical expertise and a proactive approach to problem-solving.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Conduct physical inventory tasks, including organizing and relocating equipment within the warehouse.</p><p>• Provide technical support for desktop hardware and software, ensuring systems function optimally.</p><p>• Utilize Active Directory for user and system management as needed.</p><p>• Perform desktop imaging and configuration for workstations.</p><p>• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 10 systems.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient inventory tracking.</p><p>• Adhere to safety protocols while handling equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.</p><p>• Maintain accurate records of inventory and equipment.</p><p>• Ensure all systems are ready for operational use post-relocation.</p>

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.<br>• Proficiency in PC desktop and workstation maintenance.<br>• Familiarity with Active Directory for system administration.<br>• Experience working with desktop hardware and imaging processes.<br>• Solid understanding of Windows 10 operating system.<br>• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.<br>• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory effectively.<br>• Excellent troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.
