Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Fayetteville, Georgia. In this Contract position, you will play a key role in maintaining efficient office operations through document management, scheduling, and communication support. This role requires a strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism, particularly within a healthcare setting.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Organize, scan, and upload physical documents into electronic systems promptly and accurately.<br>• Maintain confidentiality of patient records and sensitive data in compliance with healthcare regulations.<br>• Develop and manage both physical and digital filing systems for efficient record retrieval.<br>• Coordinate administrative tasks, including managing schedules, tracking appointments, and handling correspondence.<br>• Communicate professionally with patients, physicians, and staff while delivering excellent customer service.<br>• Perform data entry and support document management using electronic medical records systems.<br>• Assist other administrative staff to ensure seamless office operations.<br>• Conduct regular audits of records to verify accuracy and consistency.<br>• Follow confidentiality protocols and procedures established by the medical facility.
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.<br>• Proficiency in data entry and working with electronic medical records systems.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.<br>• Excellent communication and customer service skills.<br>• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and confidentiality practices.<br>• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.<br>• Knowledge of administrative tasks such as scheduling and correspondence handling.<br>• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
