Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Farmington, New York. This is a contract position ideal for individuals who excel in communication and enjoy assisting customers with various inquiries. The role involves handling customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in a detail-oriented and efficient manner.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond to incoming calls and proactively make outbound calls to address customer needs.<br>• Assist customers by troubleshooting issues and providing clear solutions.<br>• Schedule service appointments as required, ensuring timely and accurate coordination.<br>• Document customer interactions and relevant details into the database system.<br>• Maintain a detail-oriented and friendly approach while addressing customer concerns.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.<br>• Stay informed about company policies and updates to provide accurate information to customers.<br>• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service.<br>• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.<br>• Proficiency in typing with a speed of at least 45 words per minute.<br>• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.<br>• Problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues.<br>• Attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.<br>• Adaptability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
