HR Project Manager
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis in the Fairlee, Vermont area. This role requires an individual capable of driving key HR initiatives, developing policies, and ensuring compliance while fostering organizational growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to keeping projects on track and aligned with strategic goals.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Lead and oversee HR projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational objectives.</p><p>• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes and support team efficiency.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations while maintaining best practices.</p><p>• Drive organizational development initiatives that promote growth and employee engagement.</p><p>• Manage onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.</p><p>• Provide leadership and guidance to HR team members, fostering collaboration and productivity.</p><p>• Utilize HR management tools, such as CampMinder, to optimize workflows and project outcomes.</p><p>• Monitor project progress, addressing challenges proactively and maintaining focus on deliverables.</p><p>• Collaborate with stakeholders to align HR strategies with broader business goals.</p><p>• Maintain detailed records and documentation to support accountability and transparency.</p>
• Proven experience in HR leadership and project management.<br>• Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance standards, and organizational development.<br>• Proficiency in using HR tools and systems, including CampMinder.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain project momentum.<br>• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective SOPs.<br>• Excellent people management skills, with a focus on team collaboration and engagement.<br>• Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to challenges.<br>• Ability to work effectively on a short-term contract basis, delivering results within a defined timeline.
