<p>**CANDIDATE MUST HAVE PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND BUSINESS ANALYST EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED. **</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Waterbury, Connecticut, on a Contract to permanent basis. This role involves supporting the Project Manager and team leads by managing strategic business projects and ensuring their successful completion. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of business operations and goals, along with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and address gaps in approaches.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Build and maintain collaborative relationships across various levels of the organization to support project objectives.</p><p>• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.</p><p>• Utilize business analysis tools such as use cases, process maps, and current vs future state scenarios to define project requirements.</p><p>• Manage multiple projects independently, adhering to established processes and maintaining momentum to avoid delays.</p><p>• Identify risks and provide recommendations for mitigation to achieve the best possible outcomes.</p><p>• Apply lessons learned from past projects to improve processes and methodologies.</p><p>• Mentor less experienced team members, helping them develop project management and business analysis skills.</p><p>• Demonstrate leadership by creatively solving project challenges and overcoming obstacles.</p><p>• Lead IT-focused initiatives, ensuring successful implementation through process optimization, training, and communication.</p><p>• Drive continuous improvement efforts by identifying gaps and proposing solutions that align with business goals.</p>
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.<br>• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management and business analysis, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.<br>• Proficiency in tools such as Atlassian Jira, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and CRM systems.<br>• Experience with gap analysis, AB testing, and Agile Scrum methodologies.<br>• Strong ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.<br>• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and customer service.<br>• Creative problem-solving abilities and leadership skills suited for critical and high-visibility projects.<br>• Solid understanding of business processes and requirements documentation techniques.
