Responsibilities:• Build and maintain collaborative relationships across various levels of the organization to support project objectives.• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.• Utilize business analysis tools such as use cases, process maps, and current vs future state scenarios to define project requirements.• Manage multiple projects independently, adhering to established processes and maintaining momentum to avoid delays.• Identify risks and provide recommendations for mitigation to achieve the best possible outcomes.• Apply lessons learned from past projects to improve processes and methodologies.• Mentor less experienced team members, helping them develop project management and business analysis skills.• Demonstrate leadership by creatively solving project challenges and overcoming obstacles.• Lead IT-focused initiatives, ensuring successful implementation through process optimization, training, and communication.• Drive continuous improvement efforts by identifying gaps and proposing solutions that align with business goals.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field. • Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management and business analysis, with a proven track record of managing complex projects. • Proficiency in tools such as Atlassian Jira, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and CRM systems. • Experience with gap analysis, AB testing, and Agile Scrum methodologies. • Strong ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and customer service. • Creative problem-solving abilities and leadership skills suited for critical and high-visibility projects. • Solid understanding of business processes and requirements documentation techniques.
