Human Resources (HR) Manager
<p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Human Resources (HR) Manager</strong> to join our client's team on a <strong>contract basis</strong> in <strong>Eugene, Oregon</strong>. This role involves collaborating with multiple departments to streamline processes, maintain priorities, and facilitate effective communication. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in HR administration and process improvement, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with organizational goals.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Partner with departments to identify and prioritize HR-related needs and objectives.</p><p>• Facilitate discussions and provide guidance on process improvements and organizational changes.</p><p>• Monitor and escalate critical issues to ensure timely resolution and alignment with priorities.</p><p>• Support the documentation and refinement of departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs).</p><p>• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with organizational goals.</p><p>• Oversee process documentation to ensure clarity and consistency across teams.</p><p>• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain data accuracy and support ongoing projects.</p><p>• Act as a neutral party to mediate and navigate complex discussions between departments.</p><p>• Provide expert recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within HR operations.</p>
• Proven experience in Human Resources (HR) management or a related role.<br>• Strong knowledge of HR administration processes and best practices.<br>• Proficiency in developing and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs).<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across departments.<br>• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.<br>• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex organizational challenges.<br>• Familiarity with process documentation and improvement methodologies.<br>• Contract management experience is a plus.
