HR Coordinator
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team in Eugene, Oregon. This contract position offers an opportunity to support key human resources processes and provide recruiting assistance for multiple locations. The ideal candidate will excel in administrative responsibilities, scheduling, and communication, ensuring smooth operations across HR functions.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate and schedule interviews for various store locations, handling requests as they arise.<br>• Manage and update employee attendance records, including calculating attendance points and maintaining calendars.<br>• Collaborate with the HR team by organizing and tagging incoming requests in a shared inbox.<br>• Prepare recruitment materials, such as flyers, using Canva or similar tools when necessary.<br>• Input and maintain accurate employee data and documents within Paycom.<br>• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager by prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely follow-ups.<br>• Assist in compliance-related tasks to ensure HR policies are adhered to across all locations.<br>• Communicate effectively with store managers and other stakeholders to ensure recruitment and HR processes run smoothly.<br>• Utilize Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint for email correspondence and document management.<br>• Maintain consistency and accuracy when handling recurring tasks and processes.
• Proven experience in human resources administration or a related role.<br>• Proficiency in Paycom for employee data management and record-keeping.<br>• Strong knowledge of HR compliance and best practices.<br>• Familiarity with scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment efforts.<br>• Ability to manage attendance tracking and maintain detailed records.<br>• Competency in using Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint for communication and documentation.<br>• Experience with Canva or similar design tools to create high-quality materials.<br>• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in repetitive processes.
