Sr. Accountant
<p>We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Estero, Florida. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in financial processes, including reconciliations and ledger management, and demonstrate bilingual proficiency in Spanish. This role requires someone with keen attention to detail who can handle complex accounting tasks efficiently and accurately.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring all financial statements are accurate and timely.</p><p>• Manage general ledger accounts, maintaining proper documentation and resolving discrepancies.</p><p>• Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with accounting standards.</p><p>• Reconcile accounts and bank statements to ensure financial accuracy.</p><p>• Conduct regular audits of financial data and systems to identify and address inconsistencies.</p><p>• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial workflows and improve processes.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and organizational policies.</p><p>• Provide bilingual support in Spanish for communication and documentation purposes.</p>
