<p>We are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team in Estero, Florida. In this role, you will provide strategic financial support and analysis for a global organization, working closely with the Technology Business Management team. This is a Long-term Contract position that offers the opportunity to drive impactful decisions through budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis.<strong> Fully remote role, working Central Time Zone hours preferred.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Collaborate with the Technology Business Management team to deliver detailed financial insights and guidance.</p><p>• Oversee the preparation and management of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans for technology-related expenditures.</p><p>• Conduct comprehensive business case analyses and evaluate investment opportunities for technology projects.</p><p>• Track and manage organizational and contractor costs, ensuring proper capitalization and allocation between operating and capital expenses.</p><p>• Review purchase orders, invoices, and vendor spending to ensure alignment with budgetary goals.</p><p>• Analyze financial performance against plans and provide clear variance explanations to leadership.</p><p>• Develop executive-level summaries, visuals, and narratives to translate complex financial and technology data.</p><p>• Create and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and performance trackers to monitor financial metrics.</p><p>• Collaborate with Technology, Finance, and Procurement teams to validate financial data and ensure accurate reporting.</p><p>• Support audits by preparing reconciliations and ensuring documentation is audit-ready.</p>

• Extensive experience in financial analysis and business partnering roles.<br>• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create executive-level presentations.<br>• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.<br>• Previous experience supporting Technology or IT organizations is preferred.<br>• Knowledge of financial modeling techniques and variance analysis.<br>• Familiarity with tools like Apptio is a plus but not mandatory.<br>• Ability to apply data mining techniques to extract meaningful insights.
