Business Operations Analyst
<p>This role supports senior leaders by coordinating inputs, organizing information, and preparing clear, executive-ready materials used in audits, leadership reviews, and board discussions. The position works closely with Finance, operations, and business leaders to ensure reports, presentations, and dashboards are accurate, timely, and easy to understand. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with senior stakeholders, and skilled at turning data into clear summaries and visuals that support decision-making. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>This is a fully on-site position with some possible flexibility throughout. 40-hour work week. Expected duration is 4-6 months with the possibility of it extending longer.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Prepare and maintain materials for audits, monthly performance reviews, weekly leadership updates, and executive and board presentations</li><li>Coordinate with Finance, business leaders, and other teams to gather information, confirm accuracy, and ensure messaging is aligned</li><li>Manage timelines and deadlines for recurring and ad-hoc deliverables, following up with contributors as needed</li><li>Summarize costs, trends, and variances into clear tables, charts, and written explanations suitable for leadership audiences</li><li>Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards, scorecards, and trackers that show performance and progress over time</li><li>Assist with leadership reviews and planning discussions by organizing data and preparing supporting materials</li><li>Track action items, risks, and follow-ups from leadership meetings and ensure updates are reflected in future reports</li><li>Serve as a central point of coordination to support ongoing reporting and leadership requests</li><li>Help improve templates, reporting processes, and documentation to increase clarity, consistency, and efficiency</li></ul><p><br></p>
