<p>A highly respected and well-known plaintiff personal injury law firm in Emeryville is looking to add a Litigation Paralegal to their collaborative, cloes-knit team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage discovery requests and responses</li><li>Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness prep, and filings</li><li>Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents</li><li>Support attorneys with case organization and file management</li><li>Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel as needed</li></ul>

<ul><li><strong>2+ years of paralegal experience</strong> in plaintiff-side litigation (any practice area considered)</li><li>Strong knowledge of discovery and trial preparation processes</li><li>Excellent drafting, organizational, and communication skills</li><li>Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment</li></ul><p>This role is long-term and contract-to-hire.
