This role is critical in managing job cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance and strong internal controls. <p><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Accounting, Finance, or related field</strong></li><li><strong>8+ years</strong> of development accounting experience, ideally in real estate</li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>job cost accounting</strong> and <strong>percentage-of-completion methodology</strong></li><li>Proficiency in <strong>Yardi Voyager</strong> and advanced <strong>Excel</strong> skills</li><li>Proven <strong>leadership experience</strong> with ability to manage and mentor a team</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills</li></ul>
