<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>8+ years of real estate development accounting experience</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills; prior team management experience</li><li>Proficiency in Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Excel</li><li>Deep understanding of job cost accounting and percentage-of-completion methodology</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive under pressure</li></ul>
