<p>We are looking for a remote Legal Assistant to support a plaintiff personal injury and employment firm in El Segundo, California. This is a contract role and can start immediately!</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Prepare and format legal documents, including discovery and pleading shells.</p><p>• Compile and organize tables of authorities (TOA) for legal filings in Word.</p><p>• Compile and organize tables of contents (TOC) for legal filings in Word.</p><p>• Support the other legal assistants with various administrative and legal tasks as needed.</p><p>• Monitor and update case management systems as needed.</p><p><br></p><p>Details:</p><p>• Fully remote</p><p>• Full-time 40 hour work week</p><p>• Contract position</p>
