This role supports critical financial operations, helping ensure the organization's fiscal responsibility and mission-driven success.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, journal entries, and account reconciliations</li><li>Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes</li><li>Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for academic and operational programs</li><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and resolution of inquiries</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations relevant to the education industry</li><li>Collaborate with various departments to provide financial information and support strategic initiatives</li></ul>

<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>2+ years’ accounting experience, preferably within an educational or nonprofit environment</li><li>Proficiency with accounting software (such as QuickBooks, Oracle, or similar platforms)</li><li>Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-team collaboration</li></ul><p><br></p>
