This opportunity is perfect for professionals who are eager to grow their skills and contribute to the efficient management of diverse properties.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for multiple properties</li><li>Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes</li><li>Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis</li><li>Collaborate with property managers to ensure accurate coding of transactions and compliance with policies</li><li>Help prepare documentation for internal and external audits</li><li>Maintain organized records and assist with special accounting projects as needed</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>2+ years of accounting experience; property management experience a plus</li><li>Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork abilities</li></ul><p><br></p>
