<p>• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or a related IT role.</p><p>• Strong understanding of computer hardware</p><p>• Proficiency in Active Directory for account management and system configuration.</p><p>• Familiarity with Cisco technologies and networking concepts is highly desirable.</p><p>• Experience with imaging tools, such as Windows deployment, is preferred.</p><p>• Ability to travel locally to multiple sites within a one-mile radius.</p><p>• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</p><p>• Associate’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is required</p>
