Technical Support Analyst II
<p>We are seeking a dynamic and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related support across the organization, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Provide technical support to end users in person, over the phone, and via remote access.</li><li>Deliver hands-on support </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues or escalate through defined processes.</li><li>Install, configure, and maintain IT and shop floor hardware/software.</li><li>Image and enroll PCs in accordance with corporate standards.</li><li>Perform basic Active Directory administration (e.g., password resets).</li><li>Train end-users on hardware and software usage.</li><li>Set up and onboard new employee PCs.</li><li>Manage Windows security settings and assist with cyber incident remediation.</li><li>Purchase and provision IT supplies and equipment.</li><li>Assist users with local data backups and recovery.</li><li>Participate in IT audits and contribute to compliance efforts.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve Industry processes.</li><li>Ensure cybersecurity standards are met across Industry systems.</li><li>Stay current with Industry trends and ensure infrastructure compliance.</li><li>Provide “remote hands” support to global and regional Infrastructure and Network Engineers.</li></ul><p><br></p>
<p><br></p><ul><li>Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and PC imaging.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Cybersecurity awareness and commitment to data protection.</li></ul><p><br></p>
