We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a passion for maintaining accurate financial data. You will play a key role in managing accounting operations, supporting financial reporting, and contributing to strategic initiatives. Responsibilities: • Oversee daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and payroll support. • Prepare and post journal entries while ensuring accurate account reconciliations and financial data integrity. • Manage month-end close processes, including balance sheet and income statement reconciliations, variance analysis, and necessary adjustments. • Develop and present monthly financial statements and comprehensive management reporting packages. • Track and forecast cash flow to ensure effective financial planning and monitoring. • Implement and refine accounting policies, procedures, and documentation to promote scalability and readiness for audits. • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and internal controls while supporting adherence to regulatory standards. • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts. • Collaborate with leadership on financial analyses, cost reviews, and operational projects. • Coordinate with external accountants on audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field. • Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience; public accounting experience is highly preferred. • Proficiency in month-end close processes and general ledger management. • Strong knowledge of journal entries and account reconciliation methodologies. • Experience with bank reconciliations and financial reporting. • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. • Commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated on industry best practices.
