The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in corporate accounting and a proven ability to lead financial operations effectively. Responsibilities:• Oversee all corporate accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.• Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.• Manage balance sheet and account reconciliation processes to maintain precise financial records.• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support cash management and budgeting strategies.• Establish and maintain robust internal controls to protect assets and ensure compliance with organizational policies.• Lead the development and monitoring of annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.• Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate timely and efficient audit processes.• Stay informed of changes in accounting regulations and standards to ensure up-to-date financial reporting.• Take proactive measures to enhance financial operations and drive organizational success.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred. • Demonstrated experience in public accounting or as a Controller within a manufacturing environment. • Comprehensive knowledge of cash management principles and advanced technical accounting standards. • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero; familiarity with advanced financial tools is an added advantage. • Exceptional analytical abilities to perform account analysis and reconcile general ledger entries. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage competing priorities effectively. • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external auditors to meet financial objectives. • Commitment to driving continuous improvement in financial processes and operations.
