Call Center Representative
<p>We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team in East Syracuse, New York. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with clients. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about providing solutions.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Respond to a high volume of incoming calls and provide thorough assistance to customers.</p><p>• Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their expectations.</p><p>• Generate sales opportunities through proactive engagement and effective communication.</p><p>• Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships through open and interactive dialogue.</p><p>• Deliver accurate and complete information using appropriate tools and methods.</p><p>• Meet assigned sales targets and call handling performance metrics.</p><p>• Address customer complaints promptly, propose solutions, and ensure timely resolutions.</p><p>• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and process account updates accurately.</p><p>• Adhere to established communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.</p><p>• Go above and beyond to engage customers and ensure their satisfaction.</p>
• High school diploma or equivalent education.<br>• Strong verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Proven ability to manage customer interactions in a call center or similar environment.<br>• Familiarity with sales techniques and customer service best practices.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new tools quickly.<br>• Capability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.<br>• Knowledge of customer account management and record-keeping.<br>• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.
