We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Liverpool, New York. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for customers through effective communication and problem-solving. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about providing exceptional service within the healthcare industry.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond promptly to incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism.<br>• Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details align with customer needs.<br>• Maintain detailed records in electronic medical systems, adhering to data entry protocols.<br>• Handle both inbound and outbound calls, providing support and information as required.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and service consistency.<br>• Utilize basic medical terminology and abbreviations to communicate effectively with clients and healthcare professionals.<br>• Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.<br>• Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering quality customer interactions.<br>• Provide exceptional support for healthcare-related inquiries, demonstrating knowledge of EMR systems.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.<br>• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with a customer-focused approach.<br>• Familiarity with order entry processes and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.<br>• Understanding of basic medical terminology and common medical abbreviations.<br>• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including email correspondence.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.<br>• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.<br>• Demonstrated ability to adhere to company policies and deliver consistent customer service.
