We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in East Lansing, Michigan. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in providing exceptional support to clients while ensuring smooth communication and efficient administrative operations. • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.<br>• Proficiency in order entry and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.<br>• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.<br>• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.<br>• Familiarity with basic administrative functions and customer support tools.<br>• A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.<br>• Commitment to delivering high-quality service and fostering positive client relationships.
