Administrative Supervisor
<p>Our thriving client within the medical industry is looking to staff an Administrative Supervisor with proven experience overseeing a team of 5+ front desk/administrative employees. This Administrative Supervisor will oversee the front desk team, assign tasks, monitor performance, oversee daily office operations, maintain and update internal records, coordinate with the billing department to confirm patient insurance coverage, maintain office supplies, develop process improvements, schedule and coordinate meetings, and manage the preparation and execution of projects and initiatives within the department. The ideal Administrative Supervisor should have a technical aptitude for database systems, strong attention to detail and experience working in a professional services environment.</p><p><br></p><p>How you will make an impact</p><p>· Organize, schedule, and confirm appointments/meetings</p><p>· Coordinate conference calls</p><p>· Calendar Management</p><p>· HIPAA Compliance</p><p>· Draft internal/external correspondence</p><p>· Point of contact for outside vendors</p><p>· Coach, Train, Mentor Staff</p><p>· Provide research as needed</p>
