We are looking for a detail-oriented Systems Analyst to join our team in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system analysis, database management, and property management systems. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and implement effective technical solutions.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for system enhancements.<br>• Analyze and troubleshoot issues within property management systems, such as Yardi Voyager.<br>• Manage and maintain Active Directory to ensure seamless user access and security.<br>• Develop and optimize SQL Server databases to support business operations.<br>• Provide technical support and training to end-users on system functionalities and updates.<br>• Conduct system testing and quality assurance to identify and resolve potential issues.<br>• Create comprehensive documentation for system processes, configurations, and changes.<br>• Work closely with multifamily housing teams to ensure systems meet operational needs.<br>• Research and recommend new technologies to enhance system performance and functionality.

• Proven experience with system analysis and business requirement documentation.<br>• Proficiency in Active Directory and Microsoft SQL Server.<br>• Hands-on experience with Yardi Property Management systems, including Yardi Voyager.<br>• Familiarity with multifamily housing and property management processes.<br>• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br>• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.<br>• Knowledge of IBM systems is a plus.
