Paralegal
We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our team on a contract basis in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting civil litigation processes, including trial preparation and case management. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage detailed documentation efficiently in a fast-paced and meticulous services environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Conduct thorough discovery processes to gather and analyze case-related information.<br>• Assist attorneys with civil litigation tasks, including drafting legal documents and filings.<br>• Utilize case management software to organize, track, and update case information effectively.<br>• Prepare trial materials and ensure readiness for court proceedings.<br>• Support pre-litigation activities such as research and document review.<br>• Collaborate with attorneys and legal teams to ensure smooth case progression.<br>• Translate and interpret legal documents and communications in Spanish when required.<br>• Maintain detailed records and files related to active cases.<br>• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of legal documents.<br>• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information.
• Proven experience as a paralegal, particularly in civil litigation and trial preparation.<br>• Strong knowledge of discovery processes and legal documentation.<br>• Proficiency in case management software and other legal tools.<br>• Familiarity with pre-litigation procedures and requirements.<br>• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.<br>• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.<br>• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.<br>• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
