Call Center Specialist
We are looking for a skilled Call Center Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Denver, Colorado. This role involves managing high volumes of inbound calls with a focus on providing excellent customer service and accurate information. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Handle a high volume of inbound calls daily, ensuring prompt and attentive responses to customer inquiries.<br>• Assist customers with making reservations, placing to-go orders, and providing directions or assistance with lost and found items.<br>• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using customer service software.<br>• Collaborate with team members and restaurant staff to resolve issues efficiently through communication tools like Microsoft Teams.<br>• Monitor call metrics and ensure adherence to quality and service standards.<br>• Provide exceptional customer service while navigating multiple computer programs and CRM systems.<br>• Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.<br>• Stay informed about company updates and policies to provide accurate information to callers.<br>• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment by sharing insights and best practices.
• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role, with the ability to handle high call volumes.<br>• Familiarity with customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant computer programs.<br>• Strong verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to phone interactions.<br>• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Experience using tools like Avaya CMS and Microsoft Teams is highly desirable.<br>• Knowledge of reservation systems and general customer service processes.<br>• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.<br>• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.
