In this role, you will handle essential financial processes and ensure accurate reporting, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Responsibilities: • Prepare and reconcile bank accounts to ensure accurate financial records. • Manage and maintain general ledger entries to support financial reporting. • Execute month-end closing procedures to meet deadlines and ensure compliance. • Create and post journal entries to maintain the integrity of financial data. • Analyze and reconcile balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Utilize QuickBooks software to manage financial transactions and reporting. • Collaborate with internal teams to address accounting-related inquiries and issues. • Review and enhance financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. • Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation to auditors. • Generate reports and insights to support decision-making processes.

• Proven experience in bank account reconciliation and financial accuracy. • Strong knowledge of general ledger maintenance and accounting principles. • Expertise in month-end close procedures and timely reporting. • Proficiency in creating and managing journal entries. • Familiarity with balance sheet account analysis and reconciliation. • Advanced skills in QuickBooks software for accounting tasks. • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with teams. • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
