Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Denton, Texas. This role involves conducting site visits to verify operational compliance for schools receiving federal grants. The position offers a flexible schedule and requires effective communication and organizational skills for ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Conduct scheduled site visits at designated school locations to verify operational status and compliance.<br>• Communicate effectively with school representatives to arrange and confirm visit times.<br>• Complete and submit electronic documentation using provided forms in a timely manner.<br>• Ensure all information gathered during visits is accurate and meets compliance standards.<br>• Notify the team of any changes or issues with scheduled visits and assist in resolving them.<br>• Coordinate replacements if necessary, ensuring smooth transitions for scheduled appointments.<br>• Adhere to travel and time guidelines, factoring in preparation and reporting activities.<br>• Maintain a focused and respectful demeanor when interacting with school staff and representatives.<br>• Provide detailed feedback to supervisors regarding visit outcomes and observations.<br>• Follow all instructions and procedures related to audit requirements and reporting.
• Previous experience in administrative support or a related role.<br>• Strong organizational and time management skills.<br>• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse groups.<br>• Proficiency in filling out electronic forms and handling documentation accurately.<br>• Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule.<br>• Attention to detail and ability to verify information thoroughly.<br>• Familiarity with compliance procedures or audit processes is a plus.<br>• Reliable transportation to travel to assigned site locations.
