Sales Development Representative
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in Deerfield Beach, Florida. In this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in supporting sales processes, enhancing team collaboration, and driving operational efficiency. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at building relationships, managing documentation, and delivering impactful training sessions.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Assist sales teams by providing administrative support and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems such as HubSpot.<br>• Develop and deliver engaging training materials and sessions to onboard new team members effectively.<br>• Collaborate with leadership to create dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for sales enablement.<br>• Execute sales strategies and ensure alignment between team goals and organizational objectives.<br>• Facilitate communication and cooperation within sales teams to enhance collaboration and productivity.<br>• Monitor and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of projects and initiatives.<br>• Document processes and maintain up-to-date training materials to support continuous improvement.<br>• Provide insights and feedback to improve sales workflows and team performance.<br>• Support onboarding efforts by coordinating resources and offering guidance to new hires.<br>• Identify opportunities for growth and recommend solutions to optimize sales operations.
• Strong communication skills to foster relationships and deliver clear, concise information.<br>• Proven experience in sales support or related roles, with a focus on documentation and reporting.<br>• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot and proficiency in creating dashboards and reports.<br>• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.<br>• Demonstrated leadership skills to guide teams and support onboarding initiatives.<br>• Collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork and shared success.<br>• Experience in designing and delivering training sessions and materials.<br>• Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights for sales enablement.
