Desktop Support Analyst
We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to provide comprehensive technical support to our team in Deerfield Beach, Florida. This role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues while ensuring smooth operations for end-users. As this is a long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in maintaining system efficiency and user satisfaction.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide technical assistance for the setup, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software.<br>• Train employees on effective methods to diagnose and resolve system-related issues.<br>• Gather user feedback to refine and enhance training materials and support processes.<br>• Develop and update training manuals to support staff in resolving common technical challenges.<br>• Analyze system reports to identify frequent issues and recommend solutions.<br>• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.<br>• Manage Active Directory accounts, including updates and maintenance.<br>• Perform desktop imaging and ensure hardware setups meet organizational standards.<br>• Conduct routine checks to ensure workstations are optimized for performance.<br>• Collaborate with team members to address complex technical challenges efficiently.
• Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting PC desktops and workstations.<br>• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and its functionalities.<br>• Hands-on experience with desktop hardware maintenance and upgrades.<br>• Expertise in Microsoft Windows 10 operating systems.<br>• Experience in desktop imaging processes and tools.<br>• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and troubleshooting.<br>• Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.<br>• Excellent communication and training skills to support end-users effectively.
