<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>2+ years of hands-on accounting experience</strong> (e.g., general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, journal entry preparation).</li><li>Strong technical accounting skills with proficiency in <strong>Excel</strong>.</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>ERP systems</strong> and other accounting software</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.</li></ul><p><br></p>
