Assistant Project Manager

Roles range from Project Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager through Sr Project Manager and each will have you contributing to the successful completion of complex and impressive projects. <p>• Several years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in project management or estimating.</p><p>• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing bid proposals and contracts.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards.</p><p>• Experience with construction estimating tools and methodologies.</p><p>• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</p><p>• Strong communication abilities to effectively engage with stakeholders and team members.</p><p>• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate documentation.</p><p>• Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking in construction projects.</p>
