HR Generalist
<p>We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Danvers, Massachusetts. This role is essential in supporting various human resources functions, with a focus on performance management and employee relations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in HR processes and demonstrate a proactive approach to ensuring smooth operations across manufacturing and production departments.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Guide supervisors and managers in manufacturing departments on employee relations matters.</p><p>• Monitor payroll time reporting and identify discrepancies such as missed breaks or unreported absences.</p><p>• Assist in the execution of performance reviews and provide insights for continuous improvement.</p><p>• Track and maintain accurate records of safety data, including accident reports.</p><p>• Support onboarding processes to ensure new employees are seamlessly integrated into the organization.</p><p>• Collaborate on benefit-related functions to enhance employee satisfaction.</p><p>• Utilize HRIS systems to manage and update employee records efficiently.</p><p>• Provide recommendations based on payroll and timekeeping analysis to ensure compliance with labor regulations.</p><p>• Maintain meticulous records to support compliance and reporting requirements.</p>
• Proven experience in employee relations and HR administration.<br>• Familiarity with payroll reporting and timekeeping processes.<br>• Knowledge of performance management practices and tools.<br>• Proficiency in HRIS systems for recordkeeping and data management.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and analyze safety data.<br>• Experience supporting manufacturing, warehouse, or transportation departments is a plus.<br>• Excellent communication and advisory skills when working with managers and supervisors.<br>• Ability to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
