We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract basis, based in Burlington, Massachusetts. This role focuses on sourcing and hiring top talent for corporate and field positions, with a special emphasis on roles in manufacturing, food and beverage, and maintenance management. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to engage passive candidates and build lasting relationships. Responsibilities:• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for corporate and field roles.• Identify and engage passive candidates through creative sourcing strategies using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Greenhouse.• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance on attracting top talent.• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to address talent shortages in niche markets, particularly in manufacturing and supply chain functions.• Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage and track candidate progress effectively.• Communicate regularly with internal teams to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.• Provide insights and market analysis to hiring managers to inform hiring decisions.• Promote the company’s mission and values, emphasizing the importance of supporting American farmers.• Ensure a sense of urgency and accountability in meeting hiring deadlines.

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in manufacturing, food and beverage, or maintenance management roles. • Strong sourcing skills with expertise in identifying passive candidates in competitive markets. • Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Indeed. • Demonstrated ability to work in high-volume recruitment environments with tight deadlines. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both with candidates and internal stakeholders. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and best practices for managing candidate pipelines. • Ability to adapt to challenging talent markets and develop innovative sourcing strategies. • Commitment to the company’s mission of supporting American farmers and growing sustainable practices.
